The Hungarian bishops visiting in Iasi/Jászvásár

After long years’s passiveness or chafings, seems that the relationship of MCSMSZ to another organisations which would like to save the culturals values of csango; and to the Bishopric’s of Jászvásár and the Hungarian Catolic Episcopate’s moves from the stalemate.
The csangos, the Hungarian culture and the version of Hungarian language which is spoken by csangos, can only win something from this process.
Just now Cserháti Ferenc, the suffragan bishop of Esztergom, who is responsible for the catolic Hungarians living outside of Kárpátok, was presenting a wonderfull mass on three language (Hungarian, Romanian and Latin). His help was Petru Gherghel, the bishop of Jászvásár, and it took place in one of the most eastern csango village of Moldva, in Lábnyik.
After the mass, the head of MCSMSZ thanked personally and than in letter as well, to the bishop Petru Gherghel the possibility of this magnificent ocassion, and he expressed his hope, that it wasn’t the only one opportunity, but a start of a process.
On the other hand, the MCSMSZ suggested to the Bishopric of Jászvásár, to create a complex delegation working on the protection of cultural and historical values of the catholic people in Moldva. The MCSMSZ proposed to select the members of this delegation from the Bishopric of Jászvásár, the Hungarian Catolic Episcopate, the Bishopric of Gyulafehérvár, and to select some specialists supported by the MCSMSZ. The delegation should draw recommendations, first of all for the Romanic catholic priesthood working in the area of the Bishopric of Jászvásár, for the teachers, for state institutes, and for the intellectuals.
The work of Hungarian ecclesiastical diplomacy is ongoing, because on the 30st of October 2009, in the TV presentation of M2 „Today morning” cardinal Erdős Péter was talking about that too, between 23th and 25th of November, the delegation of the Hungarian catholic Episcopate visited to Jászvásár.

The MCSMSZ expressed his gratefull thanks both for the Romanian and Hungarian bishoprics and bishops of the Romanic catholic church on the starting of a talk, and on the collective efforts to save values.
