XI. Moldavian Csango Educational Methodology Camp
16-24. August 2009.

This year we organized our traditional methodology camp at two places. From Aug 16th to 18th, Attila Hegyeli, former administrator of education, made training and preparational programs in methodology for teacher candidates in Lábnyik at the Children’s House owned by MCSMSZ. Then the administrators of specialties introduced themselves. Walking taken in the village, joint dinner and games made the preceding daytime conversations and presentations more diversified. In the second half of the week the 12 new colleagues camped together with the old teachers of the educational program, who – regrettably – came only to say goodbye to their colleagues and to hand over the new place for education to the new teachers. Éva Ferenc, administrator of the MCSMSZ educational program asked Noémi Székely, teacher of the Bábes-Bolyai University’s Pedagogical Faculty to make a two-day-long professional preparational program. The team-building games, introducing methods to solve conflicts, analysis of the project-method, all conduced to the success of the school-year 2009/2010. The joint games, dancing in the evening and bathing had the purpose that the old and new teachers can get to know each other. At the end of the methodology camp held in 2009 we can gladly say that a solid, prepared, active team is facing the tasks of the new school-year. The main issue of the camp is always the following: who is getting to where among the teacher candidates? We think that this year again, we found the optimal dispensation of the villages and that can guarantee proper working in every town that is involved within the educational program.
